BUSINESS PROMOTION ACT (CAP. 325)
Business Promotion (Customs Exemption) Order, 2004
IN exercise of the power conferred by article 17(5) of the Business Promotion Act, the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs has made the following order>–

Title.

Non-application of provisions.

1. The title of this order is the Business Promotion (Customs
Exemption) Order, 2004.
2. Article 17 and 24(1)(a) of the Business Promotion Act shall cease to apply with effect from the 1st May, 2004.
