Civil Aviation Act (Cap. 232) Air Navigation (Noise Certification And Operation Of Aircraft) (Amendment) Order, 2004 (L.N. 83 Of 2004 )

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Civil Aviation Act, the Minister responsible for Transport and Communications has made the following regulations:-

2001, hereinafter referred to as "the principal Order".
(2) This Order shall come into force on 1st May, 2004.

(a) subarticle (2) thereof shall be deleted;
(b) subarticles (3) and (4) thereof shall be renumbered as subarticles (2) and (3) respectively; and
(c) in subarticle (3)(a) thereof, as renumbered, for the words "Subject to subarticle (2), the Director", there shall be substituted the words "The Director".
