CIVIL AVIATION ACT (CAP. 232)
Civil Aviation (Joint Aviation Requirements) (Amendment) Order, 2005
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Civil Aviation Act, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications has made the following order>–
1. The title of this order is the Civil Aviation (Joint Aviation Requirements) (Amendment) Order, 2005, and shall be read and construed as one with the Civil Aviation (Joint Aviation Requirements) Order, 1998, hereinafter referred to as “the principal order”.
2. For the Schedule to the principal Order there shall be substituted the following>–

Citation.

Substitutes the Schedule to the principal order.
