CIVIL CODE (CAP. 16)
Notice of coming into force of the Overseas Adoption (Definition) Order, 2004
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 113 (2)(d) and
130A of the Civil Code, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has established the 1st February, 2005 as the date when all the provisions of the Overseas Adoption (Definition) Order, 2004, published by Legal Notice 398 of 2004, shall come into force.
