CIVIL CODE (AMENDMENT ACT), 2004 (ACT NO. XVIII OF 2004)
BY virtue of the powers conferred by the provisions of sub-article (2) of article 1 of the Civil Code (Amendment) Act, 2004, the Deputy Prime Minster and Minister of Justice and Home Affairs has established the 4th February, 2005 as the date when the provisions of articles 110,
113 and 115 of the said Act shall come into force.
