COAL (SALE) ORDINANCE

To make provision respecting the sale of coal.

ORDINANCE VIII of 1839.

9th July, 1839

1. The title of this Ordinance is Coal (Sale) Ordinance.

2. All purchases and sales of coal, whether by wholesale or retail, shall generally be made and regulated by the lawful weight of Malta, and not by measure.
