COMMISSIONER OF LAND ORDINANCE (CAP. 169)
Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 2) Order, 2004
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made the following order>–
1. The title of this order is the Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 2) Order, 2004, and shall be read and construed as one with the Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 2) Order, 1993, hereinafter referred to as “the principal Order”.
2. The rights and liabilities vested in the Malta Development Corporation in respect of the area of land referred to in subarticle (3) of article 4 of the principal Order are hereby being transferred back to the Commissioner of Land in respect of the area of land, including any buildings thereon, at Ta’ Qali limits of Mdina, shown bordered in red on plan L.D. 164#93. Such plan L.D. 164#93 is enrolled in the acts of Notary Vincent Miceli by virtue of deed dated 21st July, 1993.
