COMMISSIONER OF LAND ORDINANCE (CAP. 169)
Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) Order, 2005
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made the following order>–

Citation. Specified land. Appointed day.

Description.

1. The title of this order is the Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) Order, 2005.
2. The land described in article 4 of this order is hereby specified for the purpose of article 2 of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance.
3. The rights and liabilities in respect of the land specified in article 4 of this order shall with effect from the 15th September,
2004 be deemed to have been exercised by Malta Industrial Parks Limited (C 28965) as provided in the aforesaid article 2 of the Ordinance.
4. The land referred to in article 2 of this order consists of an area of land, including any building thereon, at {al Far, shown bordered in red on plan P.D. No. 63_81_35 which plan is enrolled in the Acts of Notary Vincent Miceli by virtue of deed dated 28th September, 2004.
