DANGEROUS DRUGS ORDINANCE (CAP. 101)
Dangerous Drugs Ordinance (Amendment of Third Schedule) Regulations, 2004
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 34 of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, the Minister of Health has made the following regulations>-

Citation.

Amends Table 1 in the Third Schedule to the Ordinance.

1. The title of these regulations is the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance (Amendment of Third Schedule) Regulations, 2004, and they shall be read and construed as one with the Third Schedule to the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, hereinafter called “the Third Schedule”.
2. For Table I in the Third Schedule there shall be substituted the following>-
