Amends the Second Schedule to the principal regulations.

DEVELOPMENT PLANNING ACT (CAP. 356)
Building Levy Rates (Amendment) Regulations, 2007
BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by articles 41, 42 and 60 of the Development Planning Act, the Malta Environment and Planning Authority, with the concurrence of the Minister for Rural Affairs and the Environment and the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, has made the following regulations>–
1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Building Levy Rates (Amendment) Regulations, 2007 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Building Levy Rates Regulations, 1996, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st January, 2005.
2. Article 7 of the Second Schedule to the principal regulations shall be amended as follows>–
(a) sub-paragraph (iii) thereto shall be renumbered as sub- paragraph (iv)< and
(b) immediately after sub-paragraph (ii) thereto, there shall be added the following new sub-paragraph>
“(iii) livestock farms.”.
