DEVELOPMENT PLANNING ACT (CAP. 356)
Partial Structure Plan Review Order, 2007
BY VIRTUE of article 22(3) of the Development Planning Act, the Minister for Rural Affairs and the Environment hereby orders that the Partial Structure Plan Review as resolved by the House of Representatives in sitting No. 427 of the 26th July, 2006 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th February, 2007.
