EDUCATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2006 (ACT NO. XIII OF 2006)
Notice of coming into force
IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article 1 of the Education (Amendment) Act, 2006, the Minister of Education, Youth and Employment has established the 1st December, 2006, as the date when the provisions of article 131 of the Education Act, Cap. 327, contained in article 23 of the said Education (Amendment) Act, 2006, shall come into force.
