Commencement notice of the Migrant Workers
(Child Education) Regulations, 2002
BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 47 of the Education Act and as indicated in subregulation (3) of regulation 1 of the Migrant Workers (Child Education) Regulations, 2002 published by Legal Notice
259 of 2002, the Minister of Education has established the 1st October,
2003 as the date when all the provisions of the said Migrant Workers
(Child Education) Regulations, 2002, shall come into force.
