EUROCONTROL ACT (CAP. 333)
Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services) (Amendment) Regulations, 2007
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 6 of the Eurocontrol Act, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications, with the concurrence of the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, has made the following regulations>
1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services) (Amendment) Regulations, 2007 and shall be read and construed as one with the Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services) Regulations, 2002, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st January, 2007.
2. In regulation 7 (4) of the principal regulations, for the words “indicator on” there shall be substituted the words “indicator or remark on”.
3. For the First and Second Schedules to the principal regulations there shall be substituted the following>–
