EUROCONTROL ACT (CAP. 333)Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services) (Amendment) Regulations, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Eurocontrol Act, the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Communications, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment, has made the following regulations:

1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Civil Aviation ( R o u t e C h a r g e s f o r N a v i g a t i o n S e r v i c e s ) ( A m e n d m e n t ) Regulations, 2011 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services) Regulations, 2002 hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st January, 2011.

2. For the First and Second Schedules to the principal regulations there shall be substituted the following:-

Citation and commencement.
