Adaptation of Laws (Chapters 51 – 100) (Amendment) Order, 2008
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Euro Adoption Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance has made the following Order>

Amends

Schedule III

to the principal

Order.

1. (1) The title of this Order is the Adaptation of Laws (Chapters
51 - 100) (Amendment) Order, 2008 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Adaptation of Laws (Chapters 51 – 100) Order, 2007, hereinafter referred to as “the principal Order”.
(2) The provisions of this Order shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st January, 2008 as amending the provisions of the principal Order.
2. In section 2 of Schedule III to the principal Order, in the Tariff in the First Schedule, paragraph ‘B. Enrolments’ thereof, in item 10 for the words “€.2,329.37” wherever they occur there shall be substituted the words “€2,329.38”.
