ENVIRONMENT AND DEVELOPMENT PLANNING ACT (CAP. 504)DEVELOPMENT PLANNING ACT (CAP. 356)Planning Appeals Board and the Environment and PlanningReview Tribunal (Transitory Provisions) Regulations, 2011

IN VIRTUE of the powers of article 61 of the Environment a n d D e v e l o p m e n t P l a n n i n g A c t a n d o f a r t i c l e 1 5 o f t h e Development Planning Act, the Prime Minister, in consultation with the Environment and Planning Review Tribunal and the Planning Appeals Board, has made the following regulations:

Title.

Appeals to be dealt with by the Planning Appeals Board or

the Environment and Planning Review Tribunal.

2010, have been deferred for a decision.
(2) The Environment and Planning Review Tribunal shall deal with:
(a) appeals submitted before the Planning Appeals Board and which, before the 31st December 2010, have not yet been deferred for a decision;
(b) appeals which have been re-appointed after the delivery of a preliminary decision by the Planning Appeals Board;
(c) appeals which have been re-appointed after a decision of the Court of Appeal; and
(d) all appeals submitted in accordance with the provisions of the Environment and Development Planning Act.
