Notice of coming into force of the Organisation of Working Time
(Civil Aviation) Regulations, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 6 of the Employment and Industrial Relations Act, 2002, and in terms of regulation 1 of the Organisation of Working Time (Civil Aviation) Regulations, 2003, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Social Policy has established the 5th April, 2004 as the date when the said regulations, published by Legal Notice 306 of 2003, shall come into force.
