Notice of coming into force of the Urgent Family Leave
Regulations, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 10 of the Employment and Industrial Relations Act, 2002, and in terms of regulation 1(2) of the Urgent Family Leave Regulations, 2003, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Social Policy has established the 5th April, 2004 as the date when the said regulations, published by Legal Notice 296 of 2003, shall come into force.
