EMPLOYMENT AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT (CAP. 452)
Wage Increase (Employees) National Standard Order, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 4 of the Employment and Industrial Relations Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Social Policy, on the recommendation of the Employment Relations Board has made the following order>–

Citation and commencement.

Cost of living increase.

1. The title of this Order is the Wage Increase (Employees) National Standard Order, 2003, and it shall come into effect on the 1st January, 2004.
2. (1) The wages of whole-time employees shall be increased by Lm0.75c per week, this being an adjustment for cost of living.
(2) The hourly rate of part-time employees shall be increased by one-fortieth of the rate of increase specified in subarticle (1) hereof.
