EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING SERVICES ACT (CAP. 343)
Technician Apprenticeship Scheme
(Amendment) Regulations, 2005
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 37 of the Employment and Training Services Act, the Minister of Education, Youth and Employment, after consulting the Employment and Training Corporation, has made the following regulations>-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Technician Apprenticeship Scheme (Amendment) Regulations, 2005 and shall be read and construed as one with the Technician Apprenticeship Scheme,
1990, hereinafter referred to as “the Scheme.”
2. In the Schedule to the principal Scheme, there shall be added the following new calling>-
“11. Aerospace Engineering Technician.”
