EQUALITY FOR MEN AND WOMEN ACT, 2003 (ACT NO. I OF 2003)
Notice of coming into force
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1 of the Equality for Men and Women Act, 2003, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Social Policy has established the 9th December 2003, as the date on which all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
