2A of the principal regulations.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT, 2001 (ACT NO. XX OF 2001)
Protection of Birds and Wild Rabbit (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations, 2003
BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by articles 9 and 10 (2) of the Environment Protection Act, 2001, hereinafter referred to as “the Act”, the Minister for Rural Affairs and the Environment has made the following regulations>–
1. The title of these regulations is the Protection of Birds and Wild Rabbit (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2003 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Protection of Birds and Wild Rabbit Regulations, 1993, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
2. In sub-regulation (2) of regulation 2A of the principal regulations for the words “for a term of two years” there shall be substituted the words “for a term of one year”.
