Commencement Notice of the Strategic Environmental
Assessment Regulations, 2005
BY virtue of the powers conferred on him by article 9 of the Environment Protection Act, and in terms of regulation 1(2) of the Strategic Environmental Assessment Regulations, 2005, as published by Legal Notice 418 of 2005, the Minister for Rural Affairs and the Environment has established the 30th December, 2005 as the date when the said regulations came into force.
