Appointment of the Central Bank to act as agent

Appointment of agent.

Cap. 233.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article 2 of the External Transactions Act, the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs has, from the 1st January, 2004, appointed the Central Bank of Malta to act as agent for the said Minister for the purposes of all the provisions of the External Transactions Act.
