FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION AND AUDIT ACT (CAP. 174)
General Financial Regulations (Amendment) Regulations, 2007
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticle (1) of article 4 of the Financial Administration and Audit Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance has made the following regulations>–
1. These regulations may be cited as the General Financial Regulations (Amendment) Regulations, 2007 and shall be read and construed as one with the General Financial Regulations, 1966, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
2. Regulation 74 of the principal regulations shall be deleted.
