FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION AND AUDIT ACT (CAP. 174)
Public Contracts (Amendment) Regulations, 2007
BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 4 of the Financial Administration and Audit Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance has made the following regulations>
1. The title of these regulations is the Public Contracts (Amendment) Regulations, 2007 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Public Contracts Regulations, 2005, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
2. In Schedule 1 to the principal regulations, under the heading “Office of the Prime Minister” shown in the first column, there shall be added in the second column thereof, the company “EuroMedITI Ltd.”
3. In Schedule 3 to the principal regulations, immediately before the heading “Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs” there shall be added the heading “Office of the Prime Minister” and under the second column of the said heading there shall be added the company “EuroMedITI Ltd”.
