FINANCIAL MARKETS ACT (CAP. 345)
Notice of coming into force of the
Transfer of Listed Securities Regulations, 2004
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 49 of the Financial Markets Act, and as indicated in article 1(2) of the Transfer of Listed Securities Regulations, 2004, published by Legal Notice 287 of 2004, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance has established the 1st April
2006 as the date when the said Transfer of Listed Securities Regulations,
2004 shall come into force.
