HOUSING AUTHORITY ACT (CAP. 261)
Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) Order, 2006
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing
Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order>-
1. The title of this order is the Housing Authority (Transfer of
Assets) Order, 2006.
2. The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act.
3. The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid with effect from the 13th March, 2006.
4. The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the following, that is to say>
(1) A block consisting of seven garages, numbered 1 to 7, and two shops, numbered 1 and 2, underlying Block 1 at Triq Bubaqra and Triq ir-Rettur, }urrieq. Garages 1, 2 and 3 each have separate external doors and are accessible as follows> garage 1 is accessible from Triq Bubaqra and garages 2 and 3 are accessible from Triq ir-Rettur. Garages 4 to 7 are all accessible from a common entrance at Triq Bubaqra. Shops 1 and 2 each have separate external doors, shop 1 being accessible from Triq Bubaqra and shop 2 from Triq ir-Rettur. The said Block was erected on Government property part of Tenement 51722 and is bounded on the West and on the South by public roads and on the North by private property. The whole area is shown edged red on plan P.D. 2005_416. (HAM

(2) A plot of land having an area of approximately 128 square metres, known as number 26 (86) Casa Sammut, Triq il- Gladjoli, and forming part of Neighbourhood II of the Government Housing Estate at San :wann, bounded on the North-West by Triq il-Gladjoli, on the South-West by property of Mr E. Mallia and on the North-East by Government property, on which are built premises bearing number 26, Casa Sammut, Triq il-Gladjoli, San
:wann, and which is edged red and marked P.86 on L.D.
