Income Tax Exemption (Philanthropic Work) Notice, 2007
BY VIRTUE of the powers vested in him by article 12(1)(e) of the Income Tax Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance has named the “Malta Federation of Organisations Persons with Disability” and the Legacy founded by Dottor Carlo Perdon, as being engaged in philanthropic work and thus exempt from income tax.
