Tax on Capital Gains (Exemption) (Repeal) Order, 2005
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12(2) of the Income Tax Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance has made the following Order>–

Title and commencement.

Repeal of Legal

Notice 195 of

1995.

1. (1) The title of this Order is the Tax on Capital Gains
(Exemption) (Repeal) Order, 2005.
(2) This Order shall be deemed to have come into force on the 25th November, 2003.
2. The Tax on Capital Gains (Exemption) Order, 1995 is hereby repealed.
