JUDGES AND MAGISTRATES (SALARIES) ACT

To prescribe the salaries of Judges and of Magistrates.

1. The short title of this Act is the Judges and Magistrates

(Salaries) Act.

2. There shall be paid to the holders of the offices specified in the first column of the Schedule, the annual salaries respectively specified opposite to each such office in the respective columns of the Schedule during the year to which each of the second to the sixt h co lumns of t he schedule refe rs. T he sai d salaries sh all be payable as from the 1st day of January of each specified year.
