JUDGES AND MAGISTRATES (SALARIES) ACT
(CAP. 175)
IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2 and 3 of the Judges and Magistrates (Salaries) Act, hereinafter referred to as “the Act”, the Prime Minister has made the following order>-

Citation and commencement.

Revision of salaries of Chief Justice, other Judges

and Magistrates.

1. This order may be cited as the Judges and Magistrates (Revision of Salaries) Order, 2005, and shall be deemed to have come into effect on the 1st January, 2005.
2. There shall be paid to the holders of the offices specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto, instead of the salaries prescribed in sections 2 and 3 of the Act, the annual salaries respectively specified opposite to each such office in the second column of that schedule.
