LAWS (ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION MATTERS) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2010(ACT IX OF 2010) Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Laws (Arbitration and Mediation Matters) (Amendment) Act, 2010, the Minister responsible for justice has established the 14th January,
2011, as the date when the provisions of articles 18(a) and (d), 20, 21,
22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31 of the said Act shall come into force.
