Commencement Notice
BY VIRTUE of the powers given by the provisions of subarticle (2) of article 1 of the Local Councils (Amendment) Act, 2005, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has established the 1st February, 2008 as the date when the provision of article 25 of the said Act shall come into force.
