Local Councils Act (Amendment of Eighth Schedule) Regulations, 2005
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 63 and 72(2) of the Local Councils Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has made the following regulations>–

Title.

Amends Eighth

Schedule to the Act.

1. The title of these regulations is the Local Councils Act (Amendment of Eighth Schedule) Regulations, 2005, and they shall be read and construed as one with the Eighth Schedule to the Local Councils Act, hereinafter in these regulations referred to as “the Act”.
2. In the Eighth Schedule to the Act, immediately after item 91 thereof, there shall be added the following new items>–
“92. Special Olympics, Malta
93. Osanna Pia”.
