Local Councils Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Regulations,
2007
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 72(2) and 74 of the Local Councils Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has made the following regulations>–

Citation.

Amends First

Schedule to the Act.

1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Local Councils Act
(Amendment of First Schedule) Regulations, 2007.
(2) Any reference to “the Act” in these regulations shall be construed as a reference to the Local Councils Act.
2. For the design in the coat-of-arms of the locality of Mosta in the First Schedule to the Act there shall be substituted the following>
