LOCAL COUNCILS ACT (CAP. 363)Local Councils Act (Amendment of Ninth Schedule) Regulations, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 72(2) of the Local Councils Act, hereinafter referred to as “the Act”, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Justice and Home Affairs, has made the following regulations:-

1. The title of these regulations is the Local Councils Act

(Amendment of the Ninth Schedule) Regulations, 2007.

2. In the Ninth Schedule to the Act for the plan delineating the boundary and its respective streets “Kappara in the locality of San Gwann” there shall be inserted this new plan as follows:

Citation.

Amends the Ninth Schedule to the Act.
