LOCAL COUNCILS ACT (CAP. 363)
Local Councils (Delegation of Enforcement) (Amendment) Order, 2004
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 33(1), 36(6) and
72 of the Local Councils Act, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has made the following order>–

Citation.

L.N. 32 of 2000

.

Amends First Schedule to the principal order.

1. The title of this order is the Local Councils (Delegation of Enforcement) (Amendment) Order, 2004 and it shall be read and construed as one with the Local Councils (Delegation of Enforcement) Order, 2000 hereinafter referred to as “the principal order”.
2. The First Schedule to the principal order shall be amended as follows>–
(a) for the words “Regulations 18” to the words “178 and
195.” under the heading Motor Vehicles Regulations, 1994 (L.N.
128 of 1994), there shall be substituted the following words>–
“Regulations 18, 21, 24, 25, 28 to 32, 34, 35, 37, 44, 47,
59, 61, 65, 67 to 103, 105 to 109, 110(1), 110(2), 110(3), 114 to 118, 123, 125, 126, 128, 131, 139(1), 139(2), 139(3), 144,
146, 147, 149 to 151, 154, 156, 158, 162, 163, 170, 176, 178,
195, 197, 228, 229, 235, 237 and 242.”<
(b) immediately at the end of the said Schedule there shall be added the following>–
“Traffic Regulation Ordinance (Cap. 65)
Second Schedule, in respect of Parking or waiting or stopping at prohibited place”< and
(c) for the words “Motor Vehicles (Wearing of Seat Belts) Regulations, 1995 (L.N. 129 of 1995

)”, there shall be substituted the following>
“Motor Vehicles (Wearing of Seat Belts) Regulations,

2003 (L.N. 252 of 2003

).”.
