LOCAL COUNCILS ACT (CAP. 363)
Local Councils (Delegation of Enforcement) (Amendment) Order, 2005
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 33(1), 36(6) and
72 of the Local Councils Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has made the following order>–

Citation and commencement.

L.N. 32 of 2000

Amends Second Schedule to the principal order.

1. The title of this order is the Local Councils (Delegation of Enforcement) (Amendment) Order, 2005 and this order shall be read and construed as one with the Local Councils (Delegation of Enforcement) Order, 2000 hereinafter referred to as “the principal order”.
(2) This order shall be deemed to have come into force on the 5th October, 2004.
2. In the Second Schedule to the principal order, immediately after Part I thereof there shall be added the following>–
“PART II

Joint Committee

Joint Committee for Local Councils of G[axaq, Marsaxlokk, Paola, Santa Luçija, Tarxien and }ejtun with regard to the locality of
:udja

Effective date of delegation

5th October, 2004”.
