Local Councils (Delegation of Street Lighting Installations) (Amendment) (No. 3) Order, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 33(1) and by article
72 of the Local Councils Act, hereinafter referred to as “the Act”, the Minister for Justice and Local Government has made the following order>–

Title.

Amends the Second Schedule to the principal order.

1. The title of this order is the Local Councils (Delegation of Street Lighting Installations) (Amendment) (No. 3) Order, 2003, and shall be read and construed as one with the Local Councils (Delegation of Street Lighting Installations) Order, 2002, hereinafter referred to as “the principal order”.
2. In the Second Schedule to the principal order next to the words from “Rabat (Gozo)” to “}ebbu; (Gozo)” under the heading “Local Council” for the words “To be established” as presently indicated therefor under the heading “Effective date of delegation” there shall be inserted the words “13th March, 2003”.
