LOCAL COUNCILS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2005 (ACT NO. I OF 2005)
Commencement notice
BY virtue of the powers conferred by the provisions of subarticle (2) of article 1 of the Local Councils (Amendment) Act, 2005, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice and Home Affairs has established the 25th February, 2005 as the date when the provisions of paragraph (b) of article 2, articles 10, 12, 13, 19, sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of article 21 and article 26 of the said Act shall come into force.
