LAND REGISTRATION ACT (CAP. 296)
Land Registration (Submission of Plans) (Amendment) Rules,
2007
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of the Land Registration Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice and Home Affairs has made the following rules>–

Title.

Amends rule 3 of the principal rules.

1. These rules may be cited as the Land Registration (Submission of Plans) (Amendment) Rules, 2006 and shall be read and construed as one with the Land Registration (Submission of Plans) Rules, 1994, hereinafter referred to as “the principal rules”.
2. Rule 3 sub-rule 3 of the principal rules shall be amended as follows>
for the words “between 8.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. from Monday to Friday” there shall be substituted the following “during the normal opening hours of the Land Registry”.
