MEDICINES ACT, 2003 (ACT NO. III OF 2003)
Commencement notice
BY virtue of the powers given by article 1(2) of the Medicines
Act, 2003, the Minister of Health has established the 21st November,
2003 as the date when the provisions of articles 2 and 66 of the said Act shall come into force.
