MEDICINES ACT, 2003 (ACT NO. III OF 2003)
Commencement notice
BY virtue of the powers given by article 1(2) of the Medicines
Act, 2003, the Minister of Health has established the 1st December,
2003 as the date when all the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
