IN excerise of the powers conferred by article 106 (d) of the Medicines Act, 2003, the Minister of Health, Elderly and Community Care has made the following regulations>–

Title.

Repeals L.N. 398 of

2003.

1. The title of these regulations is the Government Health Services
(List of Medicinal Products) (Repeal) Regulations, 2006.
2. The Government Health Services (List of Medicinal Products) Regulations, 2003 are hereby repealed.
