Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance (Amendment of
Third Schedule) (No. 2) Regulations, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 40A of the Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance, the Minister of Health, on the advice of the Council of Health, has made the following regulations>—

Citation.

Amends

Third Schedule to Cap. 31.

1. The title of these regulations is the Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance (Amendment of Third Schedule) (No. 2) Regulations, 2003.
2. In the Third Schedule to the Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance, in Part A thereof, immediately after the International or other nonproprietary name or other trivial name “TMA” there shall be inserted the following new names as appearing hereunder under the said column together with the corresponding Chemical Name.
