MEDICAL AND KINDRED PROFESSIONS ORDINANCE (CAP. 31)
Private Medical Clinics (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations,
2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 98 (2) of the Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance, the Minister of Health has made the following regulations>–
1. The title of these regulations is the Private Medical Clinics (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003 and shall be read and construed as one with the Private Medical Clinics (Licensing) Regulations, 1995, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
2. In Part II of the Second Schedule to the principal regulations, immediately after the ninth item “Surgery for portal hypertension” there shall be added the tenth item “Organ transplantation irrespective of whether the organ is obtained from a cadaver or from a live donor”.
