IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticle (2) of article 1 of the Malta Enterprise Corporation Act, 2003, the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs has established the 11th August, 2003, as the date when articles 1 to 23, 28 and 31 of the said Act have come into force.
