MALTA ENTERPRISE CORPORATION ACT, 2003 (ACT NO. VIII of 2003)
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticle (4) of article 6 of the Malta Enterprise Corporation Act, 2003, the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs has established that the constituted bodies which better represent the interests of the commercial sector in terms of the same provision are the following>-
Malta Federation of Industry
The Malta Chamber of Commerce
Association of the General Retailers and Traders Union
